SBSA a effectué la conception structurelle du nouveau siège social de Montréal de Broccolini - une extension de six étages à un immeuble de trois étages existants. Rubin et Rotman ont été les architectes de conception du bâtiment et ont fourni le désign intérieur pour l'espace de bureau de Broccolini.
