A Building Covering a Complete City Block

Originally known as The Royal Bank Center for many years, this Ottawa landmark building is a 14-level complex covering a complete city block, with central atrium and major bridge spans at the 12th to 14th level in composite structural steel/concrete construction. Original structure was progressively renovated in phases, with sections being demolished as new construction was ready for replacement thereby allowing personnel to continue functioning on the premises at all times.
