Sixteen-storey residential condominium complex plus four levels of underground parking situated at the corner of René Lévesque and Guy streets in downtown Montreal.

180 mm thick  flat plate reinforced concrete construction permitted the construction of an additional storey in an area of restricted height zoning.  Adjacent buildings of up to eight-storeys were re-supported on new underpinning structures.
