Three-storey office,warehouse and distribution center complex totaling 133,000,00 sq.ft., The office structure was designed in structural steel with ductile moment-resisting steel frames for seismic resistance.  Conventional steel connections within concentric braced frames for lateral resistance was used for the 35.5 foot high warehouse structure.
