A major new addition to their existing world headquarters facility. Four-storey addition consists of approximately 150,000 sq.ft. of new office and main cafeteria space.

The floors were framed in structural steel with reinforced concrete core walls for lateral load resistance.

The structure was designed for an additional 2-storey future extension.
