The initial phase of this pharmaceutical plant was completed in 1984 with subsequent additions up to and including 1995.  The plant now includes production facilities, quality control laboratories, as well as packaging and warehousing space with a total area of 85,000 sq. ft.

Conventional footings at shallow depth were used for the foundations, with the superstructure composed of steel, steel deck and concrete.  Close co-ordination was essential in integrating the complex mechanical engineering requirements.
