Léry Waterfront Bungalow

The engineers at SBSA worked closely with the team at WestEnd Properties to upgrade this waterfront bungalow and to give it the presence it deserves. An open concept space was created in the main living area by installing a jaw-dropping 2 000 lbs exposed wood frame. The walls on either end were opened and reinforced to provide clear views of the lake. The team was able to transform the once standard bungalow into a picturesque home and provide the future owners with the absolute and ultimate comfort!
