Charles graduated from Concordia University with a B. Eng. in Civil Engineering, specializing in structural engineering. Charles joined the firm in May 2023 as a Candidate to the Engineering Profession. He has since worked on numerous steel projects.
He is an active Candidate to the Engineering Profession (CEP) member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
