A 600,000 square foot, Performing Arts Center, in Miami, Florida, built in structural steel (12,000 tons) featuring large clear span roof with major trusses grand stands and concession areas etc.

The uniqueness of the PAC is that it is designed as a complex of “purpose built” performance halls. These performance spaces utilize state-of-the-art technology in acoustics and theater design.

The Performing Arts Center accommodates up to 6,000 people and includes theaters, beautiful outdoor plazas, elegantly appointed private salons, and comfortable and adaptable rooms and lobbies.

SBSA was mandated to design all special and bracing connections for the concert hall building including ductile wind brace connections as well as long-span roof trusses.
