This municipal maintenance center, which services one of the busiest boroughs in Montreal includes an 8,900m2 three story building and three separate service hangars with a combined roof area of 2,200 m2. The core structure houses maintenance garages on the main level and administrative offices above. The entirety of the superstructure is composed of conventional structural steel framing delivered in seven separate phases allowing for an accelerated construction process.
