Broccolini Corporate Center II Earns LEED-Gold Certification.

On November 15, 2016 the Broccolini Corporate Center II building, of which multinational pharmaceutical company Hospira is the primary tenant, became the first LEED Gold certified office building in Saint-Laurent. The certification was earned through environmentally conscious design that included locally sourced material, efficient electrical and mechanical systems, proximity to public transportation and a green roof.
