Major Structure on McGill College
Built with maximum exposure to Mount Royal, this 24-level office building features an integrated lobby with the reconstructed historic Strathcona and Sherbrooke Street 3-storey greystones. It was the first among the many of McGill College Street’s major structures of the 1980’s. The reinforced concrete structure includes a central elevator-stair shear wall system for lateral loads, parts of which are eliminated in the parking levels below grade for easy access.
