Verification of Façade and Coordination of Repairs
SBSA performed a full verification of the brick and concrete façade and balconies at 6800 Côte Saint-Luc in accordance with the requirements of Bill 122. Areas that were found to be deteriorated were immediately repaired, and SBSA coordinated directly with the contractor performing the work.
The overall cost to the building owner of the inspection and repairs was minimized by immediately executing repairs while access to the facade via swing stage was available.
