Situated on the former Récréathèque site in Laval, Le Teck comprises 347 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments distributed across eight above-ground stories, in addition to two levels of underground parking and two rooftop pools. The total project footprint exceeds 600,000 square feet and was completed in two phases, finishing in 2023.

The structural composition of the project includes conventional foundations, ductile shear walls, reinforced concrete columns, and flat plate slabs. The project encountered several challenges, such as numerous column transfers at the upper levels to accommodate building setbacks, the integration of a retention basin into the underground parking structure, and the support of rooftop pools and terraces while minimizing the impact on the clear height of the units below. Additionally, the site presented geotechnical and logistical challenges, necessitating pile and lagging shoring walls at the perimeter of the excavation and numerous enlarged and combined foundations to address limited bearing capacity.
